Story behind “heMetsu”:

The name “heMetsu” came from a soundtrack from the famous Japanese anime movie “Laputa” or “The castle in the sky” by Hayao Miyazaki. The name of the soundtrack was called “hemetsu he no yochou” or “An omen to the Ruin”. Although the soundtrack itself wasn’t catchy, the name did catch my eye. I liked the idea of “Ruin” or “Destruction” which corresponds to the “Metsu” in “hemetu”. “He” simply is a directional word, and here I think it means “to”.
